In 2008 Keith and Brenda Meikle moved their family to the farmstead so their children could grow up on the 75-year-old, generational farm. With this move came the decision to farm differently.
Determined to preserve the farm’s sustainable legacy, they painstakingly transformed pastureland into berry fields, creating a space where the community could connect with the living landscape and its soil.

The Cache Valley Morning Rotary Club has invited us to join them to cleanup Green Canyon. To meet at 7:30 a.m. at the Pavillon on the North side of the road at the west end of the Canyon. Breakfast follows.

2026 Logan Rotary Club Golf ‘n Ribs Tournament & Lunch
* THURSDAY, JUNE 11th at the LOGAN COUNTRY CLUB
All Rotarians and their guests are invited to the annual Logan Rotary Club Golf 'n Ribs day, to be held at the Logan Golf & Country Club on Thursday, June 11th! As always, this day features golf for those that enjoy the links and lunch for those that enjoy the ribs, and all the fixings. Lunch (NOT DINNER) will feature Floyd Jarvis's Dry Rub Smoked Ribs. This is a great way to treat family members and guests to a wonderful summer lunch and fellowship on what promises to be an epic Cache Valley day!
- 9:30 AM - Scramble Shotgun Start
- 1:30 PM - Social prior to lunch - cash bar available
- 2:00 PM - Rib Lunch
* Golfers - $450 per foursome — $125 per person if you register before April 30 (it then goes up to $500/foursome and $150/ person)

* Lunch cost for non-golfing Rotarians is $23 ($39-$16 meal credit)

Rotary Youth Leadership Award, or RYLA, a Rotary International program, is an intensive leadership program developed for youth, sponsored by Utah Rotary District 5420. It is designed to build passion, resilience, determination, gratitude and the value of Service Above Self. Students will gain life-long leadership skills and friendships through this 4-day camp while having fun and making connections. High school year 2025-2026 sophomores, juniors, and seniors with a desire to make a difference are invited to apply to attend this 4-day camp. They must be committed to attending all 4 days. This years' RYLA will be held at Wasatch Academy, Mt. Pleasant, Utah.
