Our Peace Pole installation is next Saturday and Pam King needs to know who is coming and what tools you’re bringing.!!
The two peace poles are beautiful and are meaningful pieces of art. The message “May Peace Prevail on Earth” is written in English and the word “Peace” in 18-24 other languages completes the artwork. The poles are eight feet tall.
It’s time for installation. The ground is rocky and difficult to dig. Please consider helping and bringing tools like shovels, pickax, digging bars, and wheelbarrows.
• Installation workday is September 26, 10:00-1:00
• Location: Hope Community Garden 930 N 400 W Logan
• Logan Rotary Foundation funded this project for $850
• We need a variety of skills for the installation. Even if you can only come for an hour, we would love to have you.
